Global Citizen and Lady Gaga bring Stephen Colbert, Elton John, Idris Elba, more for ‘One World: Together at Home’

A star-studded lineup is booked to appear on a global broadcast on April 18: “One World: Together At Home.” Presented by Global Citizen (in collaboration with Lady Gaga), late-night giants Stephen Colbert, Jimmy Fallon, and Jimmy Kimmel have been tapped as hosts. “One World: Together At Home” will feature appearances by Alanis Morissette, Andrea Bocelli, Billie Eilish, Billie Joe Armstrong, Burna Boy, Chris Martin, David Beckham, Eddie Vedder, Elton John, Idris Elba, John Legend, Kacey Musgraves, Keith Urban, Kerry Washington, Lizzo, Paul McCartney, Stevie Wonder, and more.
While an airtime has not yet been announced, the multi-hour event will air on ABC, Prime Video, BBC Music, CBS, Facebook, iHeart Media, MTV, NBC, TIDAL, Twitch, Twitter, Yahoo, YouTube, and other broadcast and digital outlets. “We’re calling on philanthropists, corporations, governments, artist, and you to support the community health workers by taking action against COVID-19,” Global Citizen’s promotional video reads. The special airing will benefit “frontline healthcare workers and the World Health Organization.”
