Their baked goods are allergy and gluten-friendly. They can make them dairy-free, egg-free, vegan, peanut-free, or tree nut-free.
If you like different cakes, then one would like the unusual cakes by Sweet T’s Bakeshop. Their Champagne cake with white chocolate mousse and salted caramel is an award-winning favorite. If you really enjoy chocolate, then you would like their Chocolate Intense consisting of chocolate cake with chocolate mousse and chocolate ganache filling frosted in poured chocolate ganache.
Another chocolate favorite is their Rich Chocolate Brownie Cake that is filled with whipped cream and frosted in rich chocolate frosting. It comes in a variety of flavors combinations: Orange, Mocha, Mint, Ginger, Chili, Caramel or Raspberry.
If you would like something with chocolate and fruit, then you would like their Blackberry Cabernet consisting of chocolate cabernet cake, fresh blackberries, and blackberry buttercream. Something different to try is their Candy Bar Cake consisting of vanilla cake, caramel, chocolate ganache, and peanuts.
If you like chocolate and vanilla, then you would like their Marble Cake consisting of chocolate and vanilla cake swirled together. They fill it with chocolate or white chocolate mousse frosted with chocolate buttercream or vanilla buttercream. Their Brown Sugar Pecan Cake is filled with praline buttercream, and they have unusual cheesecake flavors like cannoli, salted caramel, pumpkin, mango, mint chocolate chip, and others.
Also, they make a variety of unusual pie flavors like apple cranberry, pear pomegranate, peach, peanut butter s’mores, chocolate silk, and more.
Some of their cupcake flavors include Cookie Dough– a vanilla cupcake filled with chunks of chocolate chips, and topped with edible chocolate chip funfetti cookie dough.
More like scones for breakfast and they have some unusual flavors like vanilla bean, ginger bread, strawberry chocolate chip, apple cinnamon, maple walnut, dried cherry pistachio, and others. Their Bundt Cake comes in flavors like cranberry orange walnut, chocolate chip cinnamon, Guiness Stout, and others.
Some do not want flour and want gluten-free products. Now, they can have Sweet T’s Flourless Cake– chocolate cake topped with hazelnut crust, nutella, and salted caramel. Many like brownies, and they have some different flavors like rocky road, red velvet chocolate mint cheesecake, and others.
More like French macaroons, and here there are many interesting flavors to choose from like hazelnut nutella, pistachio, lemon lavender, vanilla bean, mango, orange cream, green tea honey lemon, mint chocolate, and many more. Also, they have some unusual cookie flavors like devil’s food, M&M, white chocolate macadamia nut, oatmeal cranberry white chocolate, and others.
Each dessert is crafted with thought and creativity by Toni Marie Mosen (Walton), the owner, an artist, and pastry chef, along with her sister, Chrissy Walton.
The desserts are completely customizable to any occasion, and everything is made from scratch.
Buddy Valastro, the owner of Carlo Bakery, invited Toni to film for “Cake Boss” on TLC, and she had the pleasure of working for Buddy for one year. She can be seen on most episodes in seasons one and two. This gave Toni the experience to be a cake artist for Hotcakes Bakes for a year.
