Many like to try new liquors and mixed drinks. We had the opportunity to try these libations by WestStreet Liquor Company at the 2020 International Restaurant & Foodservice Show at the Jacob Javits Convention Center.
Morrison Whisky is a world-renowned Scotch Blended Whisky Blue Label which is aged in oak barrels and blended in the true spirit of Scotland by Master Craftsmen. The Black Label is a high-end blend of grain whiskey made with the finest ingredients and aged in white oak barrels.
Ron Tropical is a unique line of Classic Caribbean Rums using the highest quality ingredients from all over the world. The line brings to life Caribbean flavors like Ron Tropical Coconut, Ron Tropical Silver, Gold, Spiced, 151 and Dark.
They presented the world’s one and only bag-in-the-box wine and spirits dispensing systems: VinXpress and RapidPour. VinXpress is the ideal high speed/service bar, bag-in-the-box wine dispensing system and is unique for different reasons: It has six heads individually powered and it is super compact. The installation is easy which gives it high mobility. The boxes can be changed in a 10-second quick snap-on. There is no waste of product and no bulky, fragile, empty glass bottles to dispose of. Also, the system allows for a high volume of packaging, mainly 10 Liter packaging.
RapidPour is a BIB spirit liquor control system developed by spirits manufacturers in close cooperation with restaurateurs and bar professionals. The RapidPour is a super-compact under-counter cabinet that can easily be installed.
While it is known that Aruba has a long history of aloe production, a brief gold rush, and decades of oil refining, a little known fact is that Aruba Trading Company has been in business for almost 100 years, and is a wholesaler of world class rum and spirits for 35 years.
In 1986, after decades of experience in the liquor business, Aruba Trading Company launched its own liquor plant in Aruba, located in the heart of downtown Oranjestad on Weststraat. In 2010, this plant was incorporated under the name of WestStreet Liquor Company.
Popular with many Aruba resorts and casinos, the product line consists of more than 50 spirits and liqueurs including the brands Ron Tropical, Morrison Whisky, Tropicoff Vodka and WestStreet Liqueurs – all recipes created locally using only the highest quality ingredients from all over the world.
