CEO and co-founder Sufia Hossain built a relationship with Rutgers University Agriculture Farm where they grow a majority of her peppers right now. She works with Dr. Albert Ayeni who manages the program, which has student farmers. Hossain started in fashion, but felt there was a little nagging voice telling her it wasn’t her dream. She decided to listen to her instinct and find her passion, although she had no professional experience in the food industry or consumer packaged goods.
